Tim Pinckney, President/CEO
Pamela Pepper, Vice President
Mr. Pinckney founded EMT in 1999. Since then he has trained thousands of workers in HAZWOPER, Asbestos, and other environmental compliance courses, and overseen dozens of environmental consulting and light construction projects in the Puget Sound region. Prior to EMT, Mr. Pinckney served as an Area Supervisor at Tacoma's Asarco Smelter site, and managed and maintained pipelines and pump stations in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He is also a US veteran, having served 14 years in the US Army.
Ms. Pepper has over 15 years of experience in the recycling and forestry consulting industry. She worked with the Department of Natural Resources to ensure WA State Forest Practice Application’s were in compliance with state laws and regulations, and was responsible for reforestation project compliance. She has also managed abatement and demolition project sites. Her achievements are based on simple principles; honesty, ethical decision-making, discipline, dedication and hard work.
